Based on my extensive experience in a variety of Health care and Clinical Research companies, I am confident that I would be a great asset to any organization. My expertise includes quality review of documents, processes and systems, root cause analysis, and CAPA investigation. In addition, my projects have focused on the development of the internal/external audits and risk assessments, audits of final clinical reports, post audit findings and recommendations ensuring contractual State and Federal Compliance. Along with my attention to detail, I posses well-developed analytical and problem solving skills, which allow me to identify inconsistencies and resolve problems. I was able to improve productivity in the Quality Assurance and Compliance areas by implementing innovative procedures in root cause analysis and auditing. My understanding of the government and regulatory requirements pertaining to Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines is a definite asset as well.
