Project included site review Successfully led engineering and operations function to create new business units serving the local power utilities and environmental markets. Strategic business development help create a steady $8-10MM/year revenue source. * Implemented development and design of a major comprehensive environmental study leading to program management responsibility/project identification for an existing coal fired utility plant. * Managed and directed commissioning and trouble-shooting for a new $550 MM coal gasification facility, including slag handling, gas cooling, and meeting GE gas turbine requirements. * Launched major study modifications to industrial waste water system for utility facility. Project was portion of a major $800 MM project. * Extremely successful outage and start-up for multiple tissue machines for confidential client. Improvements to stock prep, wet end, Yankee dryer and dry end of the machines. Total installed project cost at $100 MM. * Managed design improvements, cost and schedule in upgrading existing DAP plant located in feasibility study and estimate FEL engineering commission /start-up assistance. Global purchases of equipment and material. Project cost approximately $80 MM * Performed multiple developmental studies and estimates for local utility companies in reviewing power generation power distribution flue gas desulfurization coal handling and distribution. Coordinated supported and led FEL 3 level design services for the expansion of a mine and beneficiation operations. Total estimated cost at $75 million. * Managed multiple study efforts for the phosphate/fertilizer industry (domestically and globally) leading to many small capital projects. Identified multi-development modifications to an existing 3600 ton per day sulfuric acid plant.
