My current and past experiences in leadership, involvement in process improvement initiatives and working collaboratively with hospital and ambulatory leaders and staff as well,lends to improving functional processes that produce positive outcomes. My professional strength is the ability to work well with people especially through change initiatives. Change is not comfortable for most, but if you deliver the mission, purpose and outcomes clearly to all people who touch that process, you can move the change up the hill and over the mountain in a very positive and productive way. The key to successful implementation is to respect and listen. Respect the differences of opinion and thoughts at all levels. Listen to the opportunities while continuing to move groups forward in a timely and productive manner. I have been very successful in organizing and implementing new processes. It takes a team.
