My interest in health care, public health and wellness has lead me to my current pursuit of a certification in Health and Wellness through WellCoaches (ACSM Recognized). For much of the last 4 years, I have been working part time as a Health Advisor/Coach through a Weight Loss and Wellness program called Take Shape for Life. I work directly with clients as well as with Physician practices to help implement this program in their office. As part of my Health Coaching I do group presentations to both Physicians and their staff and clients on Health and Wellness. My philosophy really is aimed at making lasting changes by incrementally introducing healthier habits.
