I have done this in large industrial and consumer product production environments and can do the same for you as Director of Continuous Improvement. Working for major corporations like Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Hitachi, and Husqvarna, I led large teams and managed budgets to $35M, ensuring that production lines, equipment, and engineering were performing to standard. My skills include Lean Manufacturing, engineering management, and performance improvement. I started and closed facilities, balanced assembly lines, installed 5S, and drove cultural change needed to support these alterations. I also significantly reduced energy costs in plants. I have held the titles of Change Agent, Manager – Facilities/ Maintenance, and Manager – Facilities / Engineering.
