My name is Anthony Giletto and for over twenty years I have worked as a plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal. In 2008 I took a position as an Office Administrator of an Orthopedic Surgeons office in Center City Philadelphia. The practice included the main Orthopedic Hand surgeon, several part-time physicians, 15 staff members, 7-10 physical therapist and 2-3 billing personnel. During the time I was the Office Administrator, office productivity rose by 45% in 9 months. The practice continued to thrive until the main physician became very ill. Due to his illness, the amount of patients that could be seen dropped over 90 percent. As a result of his illness, in late 2009 I decided to return to the legal field. The 1 ½ years I spent running the doctors office was the most rewarding time of my career. I am looking to return to the medical field.
