Biological Technician-10years

I would love to be a part of a company that I can grow with in my craft. I went to school and finished with a Bachelor's Degree in biology. Upon completion of my degree I began working in the Atlanta area as a laboratory technician for a variety of industries such as clinical labs, research & development labs, and the food industry labs. After ten years of experience I needed to be challeged more. I desired to learn more from a research standpoint. Yet, I began working for a call center taking calls that dealt with accident reports regarding worker's comp. and general liability instead. This gave me a opportunity to work with customers. I enjoyed working with customers and did so for the next 5 years. This ignited a fire in me to learn about being a business owner. I took a three month business class and began working at Belk Phipps Plaza. This is my current employer. Working at Belk has been truly a great learning experience that has taught me about dealing with customers, how management operates, merchandising, different ways to motivate associates as well as management, and how to continue to work effectively alone as well as with others in whatever issues you may face day to day. I truly believe all of these experiences have been instrumental in my growth as a person, sharpening my skill, and always being open to learn in my journey of life and I desire to grow even more with a company that feels my skills would be beneficial to meet their needs.
