Construction Superintendent
To be a General Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Consultant in the building of Industrial and Commercial Buildings which includes a well diversified career in taking on projects from the ground-up, expanding of, and or remodeling of with 16 years of experience. This includes projects from high rise multi-level projects, to strip centers, to big box, as well as Government Housing Projects that have ranged from $2 Million to $60 Million in value. My experience includes dealing with clients from the government, developers, franchises and or well known owners. I am a Superintendent that takes pride in a superb safety record, client and customer service, and exceeding the standards for projects to be brought in before or on time and are profitable to all involved.
