I have worked within the Geospatial industry for 20 years in progressive roles of leadership. In my journey, I have encountered many challenges to which my creativity, passion, leadership, and problem solving abilities have driven success in overcoming obstacles. The old guard of technical and managerial; of both personnel leadership, and technology leadership is transitioning to a very new world. Old habits are the enemy in managing towards a new and very different success. You need a change – new habits will drive the future of executive leadership. The time has come for me to champion and channel my role in a new direction. I break the “old habit” mold, tap into the best and brightest, motivate through team ownership, hold accountable, and yet support – “I have your back”.
