Description
I have extensive experience working at hotels, restaurants, yacht clubs, business and institution food outlets. In my role of Executive Chef, I am looking to be in charge of many ongoing kitchen and restaurant needs to include: opening kitchens, creating and implementing daily menus, ordering supplies and restock, managing and training the kitchen staff for excellence, ensuring the best in food quality and prep, as well as maintaining an exemplary clean atmosphere and budgetary control. I am great with delegating tasks, creating culinary displays, and working with staff in a mentor role.
