I have participated in validating new equipment and processes for High Throughput lab performing synthesis for the Mermade as well as performing Mass Spec on the assays. I was part of incorporating a new line of assays Superfamily 4 also by helping with synthesis and Mass Spec. I was a continuous improvement representative for over a year and continue to submit several ideas per month. I am very aware of our safety protocols and submit hazard Ids when identified. I completed the HAZMAT technician course in July 2014.
