Highlights:

• Counter-terrorism analysis research assimilated and coordinated with CIA Weapons Intelligence, Nonproliferation, and Arms Control Center (WINPAC) and the National Counter Terrorism Center (NCTC) for regional and country specific threat assessments involving host and third-country intelligence threats against DTRA Combating Threat Reduction (CTR) teams. Counter intelligence analysis enabled me to advise DTRA Threat Intelligence Division (TID) and senior policy makers. • Created target folders containing updated imagery fused with all-source analysis to support campaign planning and changes to the threat environment. This involved daily analysis of IC products, Trident queries to verify changes in threat AOR to include changes in order of battle, imports of new weapons systems from proliferating countries to avoid “technology surprise” to our platform. Commended by customer Director of Missions for my support to the daily planning cycle and intelligence products prepared to aid the Team’s situational awareness. • Development of the FNP Version 2.0 database created a new milestone for CIA/CSAA in terms of having a national-level CINF-derived MS Access database of user needs to support the intelligence community need to address multi-phenomenology and the ability of multi-INT information sources to address these needs in years 2018 and beyond. Effort involved working with analysts, reviewing and evaluation requirements for correctness/appropriateness of periodicity; re-visit, quality, and phenomenology best applied to the intelligence problem. Received commendation from Director, CSAA for my effort in providing specific future CIA IMINT needs characterizations in preparation for future funding discussions.
