& Career Summary In my current position, I am the Information Technology Project Manager for Bayhealth medical Center. Bayhealth is comprised of two main hospitals and several outpatient areas. I am currently on several projects with budgets as high as $750,000. I am also a key member as co-project manager of the Epic implementation project an 18 month $40 million project. My responsibilities are to ensure all aspects of the project including scope, budget, resources, time and materials are completed within a timeline and within budget. Previously, in the position of Manager of Help Desk I was responsible for management of the Help Desk team supporting over 700 employees nationwide. This position is responsible for management of training initiatives, reporting matrixes and project management, payroll, budget, recruitment, training, termination and staff development. In my previous position of Manager User Support and Manager Application Support, I was responsible for management of the User Support Team and all associated software for a nationwide company with twelve remote offices and 200 employees. I was responsible for project management, payroll, budget, recruitment, training, termination and staff development.
