Director of Administration and Operations, 20 years experience

I am seeking a senior management position that will enable me to successfully balance a dedication to the mission, the need for entrepreneurial initiatives, and the application of sound business decisions. The ideal position would be a key contributor to the senior staff; responsible for the strategy, development, implementation and evaluation of the organization’s programs and activities. Ideally I will be working in team environment - supervising employees at all levels; providing direction and guidance as needed while encouraging them to thrive and succeed independently as well. It will require me to utilize the skills that I have built through hands-on execution of multiple projects with limited resources.
