Diverse experience in the IT industry from Help Desk Customer Support/Analyst to Application Trainer/Tester to Network/System Analyst and Functionalist Analyst. Through use of various skills and experience with customer service, training and testing, and in technical writing showcase the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot or solve issues or write presentations/ documents related to the IT industry. Reliable, strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills and have excellent planning and organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multi-task and prioritize to balance workload and deadlines. Use administrative skills to manage systems and mailboxes. Work in team or individual environment.
