Assist with drafting the Implementation deliverable and non-deliverable plans/documentation Draft end-user Functional Procedure Documentation and user manuals for Case Initiation Establishment Enforcement Financial Intergovernmental Reporting and Security functional areas. Identify areas requiring new and/or revised POLICIES and PROCEDURES based on enhanced system functionality and provide remediation for updating policies. Take full ownership Rational Tool (Clearquest Clearcase) to report NJKID s application defects add system and functional requirement and trace issue.
