Senior Construction Project Managment - Ability to manage multiple multi million dollar projects from start up to completion

Seeking full time permanent long term employment with a company that can benefit from my years of experience and my ability to manage and oversee multiple multi-million dollar construction projects. Including 4 years specifically with Army Corps of Engineers. I have a proven track record of completing construction project’s on-time and within budget. I have an in-depth understanding of QA/QC requirements, working with Blue prints, project specifications, ensuring interim and final workmanship conforms to specifications, approving installation, documenting project circumstances, claims, including frequent audits of current WIP, safety Inspections, cost-to-completes, and budget substantiation. Some of my acquired skills include following through with the RFI process and correspondence to owner, and ultimately obtaining change orders or processing any needed claims. I understand legal ramifications and work closely with legal counsel for best case scenario regarding claims resolution. Coordinate and obtain bonding for the general contractor along with obtaining bonding for any required subcontractors. Work with bond agents to determine scope of work opportunity. Proficient letter writing skills to document, follow-up and reply to all business interactions. Process pay estimates, submittals, schedules, verify certified payrolls, MSDS sheets, QC program, document “record drawings”, etc. Use the “Partnering Approach” to coordinate employees, subcontractors, government officials, and other senior management. Work to finalize claims and pay disputes with owners and subcontractors. Committed to establishing contractor’s goals and ensuring these goals are met or exceeded. Willing to relocate anywhere. Prefer Mississippi or Utah and surrounding areas.
