My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call-center and retail environments for Reynolds and Reynolds. Most recently I supported The Penske Automotive Group where my responsibilities included: working with mangers, end users on day to day operations. Consultation in new and better ways to stream line there operation, solving program software issues, checking disaster recover backups daily, trouble shooting hardware issue and software issues remotely. Previously, I worked as an automotive customer training consultant specializing in the Back End Parts and Service areas. I demonstrated the ability to effectively resolve a variety of issues with process and show the user how to maximize their use of the software to their ability to capture new business and retain current customers. I traveled all other the country delivering experienced industry standard training. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills through internal training in customer contact management courses as well as working for automotive dealers before being employed with Reynolds in 2000 I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database applications within the in the automotive industry.
