I monitor collections of certain attorneys at our firm. I was actively assisted in collection of almost $8 million. I am also called on to solve issues and suggest options in problem accounts. This includes preparing spreadsheets for the clients, meeting with clients and meeting with attorneys to work out issues and fix problems with bills or issues clients expressed.
