After a total of 32 years in maintaining computer systems (Banking, Insurance, etc.) due to downsizing I was layed off in 2004. I have since been working as a 911 emergency calltaker / dispatcher. I would like to get back into the computer industry as upper level support. I have exceptional customer relationship skills.
