District Sales Manager

In the 15 + years as a multi unit District Manager and Senior Buyer and Planner I reported to the VP of Operations and or the Regional Director. The Required competencies were the ability to multi-task in a fast paced retail environment. Strong work ethic, desire to take on new responsibilities. Able to communicate with all levels of organization. Must be detail oriented. I Created and took accountability for a consistently positive work environment that increased productivity, decreased unwanted turnover and enhanced the customer experience. I Developed, implemented and monitored programs that sustained a productive, efficient store environment and facilitated a positive employee experience and attitude toward the Company. I Managed District shrink within the Companies guidelines and goals. I Managed District payroll hours within the Company guidelines. Proactively determined District manpower needs and maintained a pool of qualified candidates, internal and external. I am currently looking for a company that shares the above expectations and has a strong brand and vision that is communicated clearly thru out the company.
