I have extensive experience with over 20 years in managing revenue cycle operations and financial analysis in the healthcare industry with both payers and providers. I have successfully implemented many processes and procedures improved internal operating efficiency and the cash flow of the institution as a whole. During these years, I was the Head of the Planning and Economic Department at the Center of Hematology in Ukraine, have led billing and receivables departments at Affinity Heath Plan and at several Skills Nursing Facilities and Hospitals in the New York area. I also supported dialysis billing and collections activities for M4 Consulting and Liberty Dialysis in NY. However, I am relocating to the greater Phoenix area and am exploring different opportunities.
