I have been a consultant in IT and IS areas in biosciences areas including clinical research, environmental science, health and human services, who has worked across every major role of IT and IS services and clinical data sciences, including team, unit, and facilites development. I have developed business units and team, academic teaching and research centers and programs, and been a leader in health and human services in both government and academic roles. My experience includes programming, systems and business analysis, full lifecycle software development wearing many different 'hats'.
