My IT career began at the Central Intelligence Agency with some college studies in Computer Science and extensive training in the field. As a trusted advisor and an accomplished team player, I’ve worked with messaging platforms, data recovery and portfolio management. I am a leader who is focused, self motivated and detail oriented. I have excellent customer service and negotiation skills and have been known as the “go to” person when dealing with technical issues on the team. I am very interested in enterprise solutions and/or IT specialist positions. I enjoy designing and building system infrastructures. I enjoy leading projects and being engaged in projects. As an Architect Lead with proven experience designing enterprise-based, business critical solutions across a variety of competitive storage technologies at a high-level, I have established a solid track record for leveraging and adopting managed services where applicable, utilizing server build patterns and solutions, understanding the business annual demand & forecasting plans for servers and storage, influenced business decisions about being more efficient and utilizing data center footprint.
