Marketing Manager/ Coordinator 5+ years experience

I have worked in media/ marketing for almost ten years now, with my present company for NBC Universal for five. I manage a team of Senior On Air graphic designers which requires an immense amount of organization and time management on my end. I also could not complete this job without being able to relate and use my observations of each team member to accurately schedule and assign them based on skill and personality. In addition to this area of my job I have managed all projects between our marketing and creative team from start to finish. For almost two years now I have pushed my work performance above and beyond the set expectations that have been given to me, and I would like to continue to grow and be able to take on more responsibility. The opportunity has not been presented in my current employment to officially to grow so I have recently begun looking into other companies. I appreciate what I have learned the last few years and do believe I would be an asset to any team I move to.
