Controller or Director of Finance, San Francisco Bay Area, Hospitality or Real Estate

I have held different positions in hospitality and real estate but what I see as a theme in my career, is that I am a big picture person yet able to manage the details that are so vitally important in a finance and accounting role.  My experience points to the fact that I am good at putting teams together that produce results. I enjoy helping people to grow and develop their skills. I have a great ability to work with people of all types and situations, due in part to my experience in public accounting and later, my community work in the advisory group where we reviewed the update of the general plan. I have been told that I bring a calming effect to highly charged situations. I want to work for a company at a high enough level where I can impact the organization. It is important to me to know that I make a difference in an organization. Given an opportunity, I am sure that I will bring innovation and improvement, and that my team can make a difference.
