I am a perceptive, and altruistic elementary and middle school teacher, who has over 6 years elementary teacher experience. I am committed to staying current with the latest teaching theories, trends and behaviors. I strive to maintain and develop depth in content knowledge of my discipline and be a person people believe in, and willing to take risks for the good. I stay focused on important goals and accomplishes them in systematic ways that is necessary in my educational discipline. I am a critical thinker, who has education and skills in No Child Left Behind, and 21st Century education, and instrumental in cultivate trusting and productive relationships with students, parents, teachers, administration, inside and, outside the school community.
