I like helping others, because if everyone is on the same page and avoid conflict and drama. I do any job I am asked to do with 100% effort and a smile on my face. Sure I can have an off or bad day, but I don't bring my personal problems to work with me. I treat people with kindness and respect; just the way I would want to be treated. I do not like to fail. I believe you are selfish if you are always late to work because it doesn't just mess up the order of things, but it's unfair to those who are punctual because then you slow things down for them, the patients and so on.
