I hold a BS in IT, but am relegated to making a living as a cook at present as I search for an opening, even on the basic entry level. The experience needed is lacking, all I have is what I learned in school, and a lot of that slips away if one does not use it every day. I have been exposed to several different programming languages, but am not proficient in any single one. I can build a pc, and set up small networks, but have no experience with servers in a real business setting. So, that's where I am, hoping to find a good start.
