Senior Telecommunications Specialist/Analyst

With my skills in telecommunication analysis and auditing, I feel that I’m ideal for the position. I have been working in the telecom industry for over 15 years and most of that time; my positions involved auditing office services and telecom bills. I know the type of errors telecom providers make and know what to look for in 3rd party billing errors and wireless errors. I have cultivated many working relationships with numerous telecommunication vendors in various states. I also provided support for all MACs on our Avaya PBX switch and VM system. Previously had the Nortel Opt81 switch and Call Pilot VM system that I provided support for the corporate office and 3 regional offices all working from home. Every quarter, I did work approx a week out of the office in Pleasanton. In the last 5 years in my position as Senior Telecommunication Analyst, I was allowed the opportunity to work from home because I relocated out of the Bay Area. This worked successfully and I’m hoping this position may offer the same working environment. Of course there will be the need to take analysis from where the office is located. Taking data/voice circuit inventory as well as assessing the needs of the office environment. My cost savings/cost avoidance to date in uncovering billing errors and negotiating contracts, from 2002 to current is $1.7 million. I averaged at $250k or more per year.
