Having lived my entire life in New Jersey gives me the advantage of understanding the fast paced, often political aspects of development in the tri-state area. I have planned and completed commercial projects in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Florida for Domestic as well as International Clientele. This coupled with an extensive knowledge of marketing/business development, public presentations, client interaction, strategic planning, project management, feasibility studies, programming, budgeting, scheduling, site/building and interior design, construction administration, tenant fit out, and very importantly, the ability to complete all aspects of a project quickly and accurately has afforded me continued success throughout my career. Drawing upon many years of Architectural and Engineering experience and understanding the nuances of client interaction has allowed me to develop personalized, professional relationships that afforded many successful large scale projects and have sustained many repeat contracts. This ability also enables me to be a successful mentor/leader for staff and consultants, motivating both to ensure high quality projects delivered on time and on budget. As identified in the attached resume, I have held long term principal/management positions for most of my career where my organizational and analytical skills allowed me to successfully develop many varied large-scale public and private projects in the following market sectors: College/University, K-12, municipal, shopping centers, restaurants, corporate/commercial interiors, banks, healthcare, and residential.
