• My short term goals: is to find a job in a company that has a good culture and friendly environment. Weather it is a big corporation or a small office; I would like to contribute and be a valuable part of the company success. My aim is to use my education and my limited experience to learn more and play a vital role in fulfilling my position. • My long term goal: is to grow with that company and move on from maybe an entry level position into managerial one. I believe that every person has a limit for his contribution into particular position and once he exceeds this limit he should move into different position that gives him the ability to add and improve. I see the career as a ladder of steps and moving into upper steps couldn’t be done without going through all the previous ones.
