Enrollment Management Operations Director

With over 20 years of higher education administration experience in a variety of academic and administrative areas, I’m qualified for a wide range of situations. I’ve held various positions including director of undergraduate admission operations, registrar and director of executive education and outreach, where I dealt primarily with undergraduate, master’s and doctoral level students and programs. I developed a keen understanding of the nuances of different student populations and the necessity for framing interactions with each group appropriately, from the content of the message to the method in which it is conducted. The past four years as associate director of admissions operations has prepared me for the director position as I successfully achieved a pivotal role in admissions marketing, communications, counselor training and supervision, and data analysis. I’ve come to know and understand academic policies and procedures and the underlying intent behind them. I’ve participated on curriculum committees, developed and documented policy, as well as contributed to the review and approval of new programs and courses. As director of executive education and outreach I administered graduate programs in systems engineering and supported client relationships with a number of corporations and government agencies. My breadth of experience and ‘exceed expectations’ customer service attitude reassures that I am the right fit for a wide variety of higher education opportunities.
