In the past 26 years, I have been involved in the site acquisition, site development, per-construction, and construction and post construction aspects of the wireless industry. During this time, I have managed site acquisitions, A&E and construction teams in the design, permitting and implementation of more than 1500 wireless facilities for A T & T, Sprint, Metro PCS, Nextel Partners, Spectra Site Communications and Interstate Tower Corporation in the Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida and California markets. Also to include modifications for Global Tower Partners, nationwide as Modification Manager. My responsibilities have included: • Working with RF and Site Acquisition in the identification of viable candidates • Manage A&E firms with the design of raw land, collocation, rooftop and water tower wireless facilities • Work with local, state, and federal jurisdictions to acquire all necessary zoning/permitting requirements for construction. • Oversee the bid walk process / preconstruction meetings • Manage and schedule the construction of sites from precon to punch list to on-air • The creation and submission of close out packages to clients • Manage all modifications process to include close-out package documentation • Manage the purchase order/invoice process and documentation storage/database • Facilitate deployment meetings with clients and vendors
