Having worked with such top cartering companies and restuarants such as Marcey Brownstein Catering, Barton G. Catering and Design, HardRock Cafe and Stuart's at The Cardoza Hotel just to name a few. I have handled budgets from $1000 to over $100,000, as well as keeping track of P&L and managing staff of up to 45 kitchen chefs. I also have experience in hiring, firing and mentoring.
