Chemist/Chemical Engineer, Dutchess County, NY
I am searching for a full-time career within the Department of Agriculture, matching my background and interests. My current residence is in Dutchess County, NY, so I am looking for site locations within about a 40 miles radius of there. I have an academic background in Chemistry (BS) and Chemical Engineering (MS,) and I have professional experience working for Infineum USA, a petrochemicals company in Linden, NJ. My current role within Infineum is in Supply Chain, and I am looking for a more technical position whereby I can apply more of my scientific background. I am particularly interested in the Department of Agriculture because I have an interest in renewable energy sources, waste management, and conserving our natural resources and environment. I also support the Department's overall mission statement and think that I can contribute a great deal to it.
