Respiratory Therapisdt/ Operations Manager

Identify patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, planning for and delegating care based on patient needs. Execute therapeutic physician and Respiratory Therapist initiated interventions in evaluating the patient's response to care and progress towards outcomes. Whenever possible, the family or those significant to the family are considered as part of the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation efforts of the Registered Nurse and/or Respiratory Therapist. Coordinate care between other professional disciplines as needed hrough documentation and verbal communication. Share essential information with health care team members. Participate in activities, which contributed to a positive work and professional environment. Also worked as operations manager for a short period but scheduling conflicts proved to be medically problematic.
