Environmental, Health and Safety Manager

I have over 16 years of workplace safety training and management, including 14 years of behavior-based safety management training in the heavy industrial construction arena handling projects in power generation, minerals, process, pulp and paper and manufacturing. Responsibilities include progressive levels of safety management from site-based project duties and training. As Corporate Safety Manager, I was responsible for assuring compliance to all regulatory agencies requirements, training and application of behavioral-based safety processes on the various sites, as well as maintaining the required record keeping, workers' compensation claims management, overall audit processes, development and writing of policies and procedures, contractor pre-qualification audits and evaluations, client and customer interface and risk/analysis management. My specialties include overall HSE programs and process development and implementation, behavior based safety development and implementation, training, medical CPR/First Aid instruction, team building and workplace dynamics.
