Areas of Expertise: Sales Representative/Manager: Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service and oversee regional and local sales managers and their staff. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Determine price schedules and discounts rates. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. Consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, or other subjects of sale. Confer with potential customers regarding product needs and advise customers on types of products to purchase. Concierge/Ticket Agent: Make dining and other reservations for patrons, and obtains tickets to events. Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife and recreational destinations. Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours. Perform office basis when needed. Pick up and deliver items or run errands for guests. Carry out unusual requests for hard to find items and arranging for exotic services. Arrange for the replacements of items lost by travelers. Arrange for interpreters or translators when patrons require such services. Plan special events, parties and meetings which may include booking musicians or celebrities to appear.
