Computer Technician
Trouble shooting and repair of computers, printers, scanners and bank processing equipment. I also worked on installations upgrading of software, hardware and firmware. I also did operators training as well as training my co-workers oh how to maintain certain equipment. I set up and preformed preventive maintence, and supplied the customers and managers with down time reports .The first response was phone support and if the issue wasn’t resolve over the phone I would report to the customers’ site. I was responsible for overseeing parts management, and working within my company budget plan.
