IT_Network/Security Admin_Support/Help-desk_Computer Tech

I have recently earned my AAS degree in Information Systems; Network/Security Administration and am excited to begin my new career in the challenging and fascinating field of technology. I have owned and operated retail businesses for most of my life and I finally obtained the opportunity to get a college degree after all these years upon selling these businesses. This is the beginning of a new phase in my life and I am eager to share my skills with your organization. I am fascinated with technological advancements; they continue even while we sleep. I am the type of person who will not accept the word 'can't' in the respect that if I lack, I learn. If a tech word stumps me, I look it up. If a technological issue stumps me, I research it. If a new technology exists that would help my pursuit of continuous learning and IT knowledge, I will find the courseware or enroll in the training program. When I accept a challenge, I excel with the outcome. I have never found anything I cannot learn or accomplish whatever the field of expertise. I am an excellent communicator and writer. I am never simply content because there is always more to learn and therefore more I can do to bridge the digital divide. While many people spend hours watching TV or gaming in their spare time; I prefer to spend those hours on my computer instead, reading and researching. It is never what I can get from my employer, but rather what I can do to advance the purpose of my employment and thereby progress the purpose of my own initiatives and dreams with the knowledge and direction to make a difference. I realize that I am at a somewhat entry level qualification as a Network Admin but I learn quickly. I would appreciate the opportunity to shine for your organization. If this is not possible at the present, please keep me in mind when opportunities requiring less experience become available.
