Greetings, I am an intelligent, educated woman who holds a Masters in Curriculum Instruction and Design. I have many years of teaching and lesson planning experience. In addition, I have strong verbal and written skills. I have taught many grades and would be a well rounded person to fulfill your position. I am pleased to present my resume to you for consideration. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies/ Human Development with emphasis of Elementary Education EC-4, a Masters of Education in Curriculum Instruction and Design, and a State of Texas teaching license. With over 7 years of classroom experience, and the desire to provide all individual with the highest level of education, I am confident in my ability to be a valuable asset to your company. Presently, I am as educator at Frank Guzick Elementary, #240. I have taught in the private and public sector of education. My expertise is in all areas of education and grades 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd and kindergarten. In addition, I have many hours of professional development courses which will strengthen my instruction and design skills. As my resume will demonstrate, my teaching career has been geared toward the empowerment of primary grades. However, I have a strong passion to educate individuals and help them blossom into well-rounded, responsible, and successful adults. Throughout the course of my career, I have had wonderful opportunities to teach diverse groups of individual, including those with learning disabilities, those who performed at grade level, and those who were gifted/exceptional. As a result, I have become proficient at designing creative and stimulating lesson plans, which accommodate multiple intelligences. Also, I am able to adapt lesson plans that bring a hands-on approach to learning, and keep individual interested and engaged. My greatest strengths include inspiring and motivating individual. I actively engage their eager minds by incorporating a variety of manipulative, enjoyable activities, and cooperative learning projects. In addition, I tailor lesson plans to meet their diverse interests, as well as demonstrate direct connections between the classroom and everyday life. Furthermore, I hold conferences on a regular basis to promote participation in the educational process, reinforce education which boost students’ self-confidence and self-esteem.
