To find a career where I can both use my past job expeirence/proformance and skills improve the companies goals. Also I want to expand my knowledge, learn skills and advance techincal knowlege. The goals aforementioned will result in increased performance. Additionally the soft skills e.g. ethics, networking, exellent people skills, loyalty, and proactivity will be assets to any organization. Education is highly important to me. Finishing my P.hd in OD Business and technology is one of current goal. I am searching for an organization where learning/continuing education is highly supported and recommended.
