Conducted orientations analyzed data for quality assurance/improvement in-services and administrative meetings white promoting practice growth. Implemented laboratory safety infectious control administrative manuals and contract negotiations. * Developed and maintained effective liaison with all external agencies educational institutions and professional societies germane to the operation.
