Served as member of an implementation team for new software package. This system was installed at three geographically separate divisions, each with their own distinct product lines. Assisted in determining necessary modifications. Responsible for end-user training, designing of reports, and conversion of sales/marketing data.
Served as chair of IACUC (Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee). Ensured all experiments which included the use of animals were conducted under USDA, OPRR, and AALAS guidelines.
As Assistant Special Security Officer for Commander, Naval Surface Forces Pacific, designed and implemented security awareness training seminar for intelligence and communications officers assigned to cryptologic capable ships. Seminar was the first of
its kind in the Navy and trained over 300 personnel in the first year.
Key player in the consolidation of two geographically separate communications centers. This consolidation linked facilities serving five distinct staffs and several mobile commands. Ensured consolidation was completed with no disruption of key communications capabilities/functions.
