I have been attending classes in Human Resource Management because I have always been interested in people and their rights. I have spend the last 20 years as a Senior Inventory Analyst for JC Penney. I was responsible for researching past history and making recommendations for new and profitable assortments. Once assortments were agreed upon I then estimated items and develop inventory flows that would attain budgeted goals such as inventory turn, profit margin, customer satisfaction and fill percent. I also developed strategic plans to maintain budget figures or change them as needed. I kept up with competitors, merchandise performance, overstockand understock levels .
