Responsibilities
As an owner/operator, I was able to be involved in not only the hands on aspect of day to day operations, but I also developed a community feeling for the "competing" services. Internally, we understood what made our programs stand apart. In the community, we also understood how our programs were different yet the early childhood education system pulled together to project a sense of security in promoting health, safety, and developmental learning milestones for children.
