Utilizing my creative and strong leadership skills will help the department increase revenue and healthy employee relationships. Happy employees work harder, and better which in turn will lead to increased patient flow, increasing income. I have found that most management lacks one of these points. Leading and growing healthy work relations within a department in turn creates the ability for a department to increase revenue. Being able to use my working experience that I have developed outside of the health field is something I believe to be helpful. I have had many different types of customer service employment opportunities which have created a well rounded outlook on managing and building department’s employee satisfaction and revenue. Being a patient and a manager will give a department a different point of view, which will contribute to growth within the area of patient care, and financial gain. The decision you will face when you decide to hire me over another is something I can honestly say you will not regret. I believe in my ability and talent to adapt, and create a sense of cohesiveness with a group of individuals. You cannot train someone to be this type of leader, I believe I have so much more to offer, and look forward to the opportunity to do so.
