“Career Objective” To contribute to a business management process improvement team using monitoring technology to drive IT change and business relationship management improvement. “Ideal Job” In addition to my PMP Certification and nearly 28 years of diverse IT experience, I am honing skills and gaining knowledge in the application monitoring and Global Command Center areas. With respect to application monitoring, I spent 18 months at a major pharmaceutical working with client side agent products from Knoa Software. My ideal job would involve Knoa software or similar products. The Knoa tools transfer well to any SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft environment. I am currently at another major pharmaceutical managing a project to implement a Global Command center to support a number of initiatives related to business process monitoring and business impacting event management.
