 10 years of projects management and operation manufacturing experience in FMCG – Food & Beverage and Snacks.  Strong budget planning and Capex control for multiple production sites and for multiple simultaneous projects.  Manufacturing Leadership - Developing and driving manufacturing site improvement plans to support organizational Environmental, Quality, and Safety principles & standards while optimizing conversion costs. Deep understanding of sanitary design and GMP Standards.  High technical skill in identifying production lines capacities and utilization, potential bottlenecking and methods for unlocking lines capacities with minimum investments.  Experience in New Products Development and Launch applying optimized technical & financial solutions.  Innovative solutions for new products developments; understand customer requirements then formulate them into technical and financial proposals.  Leadership - leading team of project engineers executing projects serving business unit’s current and future plans, in time and within budget.  Experience in lean manufacturing developing of production process and production lines manning  Detailed experience in production lines dismantling, installation and relocation.  Deep understanding and applications of procurement system in equipment sourcing, suppliers and contractor’s management and negotiations.  Reference in Kraft CEEMA Region regarding several technical aspects; several assignments in assessing production capabilities for new products developments at various Kraft manufacturing facilities.  Member of Kraft OREO and Hunger & Satisfaction Networks Teams.  Understanding of Equipment supply, commissioning, training, preventive maintenance as well as spare parts management experience.
